How to check for Closed Orders and Archived Orders via Client Portal
Our Client Portal provides an order enquiry section where clients can easily review both closed orders and archived orders.
*Note: This includes accounts on MT4-PUPrime-Live 6 and MT4-PUPrime-Live 7, where Cent accounts with closed orders older than one month may be archived as part of regular system performance optimisation.
Steps:
- Log in to the "Client Portal".

- Go to the "Funds" page and select "Order History". Select the desired "Trading Account" and "Order Date Range". This page displays all closed order details.
*Note: If the order has been archived, the "Archived" column will show "Yes", "No" indicates that the order can still be viewed directly in MT4 / MT5.
- Click "Export" to download the order history in "Excel" format.
