How do I remove my credit bonus?
If you no longer want to use your credit bonus, you can remove it through the Client Portal or PU Prime App. Removing the credit bonus may affect your available margin and trading conditions.
Via Client Portal
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- From the left-side menu, select Accounts.
- Select the relevant trading account and choose Remove Credit.
- Review the information shown, then select Confirm to remove the credit bonus.
Via PU Prime App
- Log in to the PU Prime App and select Promo from the bottom navigation bar.
- Under Joined, select the applicable promotion that you wish to remove the credit bonus from.
- Select Opt-out.
- Review the confirmation message, then select Confirm to complete the opt-out. Once the opt-out is successful, the promotional credit will be automatically removed from the applicable account(s).
Important Information
- Make sure you have no open positions before removing the credit bonus.
- Once the credit bonus has been removed, it cannot be reinstated.
- Removing the credit bonus may reduce your available margin and could potentially trigger a stop-out if your margin level falls below the required threshold. Check your account status before confirming the removal to avoid unintended losses or interruptions to your trades.
