How do I complete manual additional Proof of Face (POF) verification?
If your Proof of Face (POF) verification remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, you may be required to complete manual POF verification. You can submit the required information and documents from your registered email address for review.
Submit a Manual POF Verification Request
- Prepare the following information and documents for manual POF verification:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for Verification
- Last 4 digits of your Proof of Identity (POI)
- Proof of Identity (POI): Clear photos of both the front and back
- Selfie: A clear photo of yourself holding your Proof of Identity (POI)
- Send an email from your registered email address to info@puprime.com and include all the required information and documents.
The relevant department will review your request and process the manual POF verification within 1–3 working days. You will be notified of the verification outcome or any further action required.
Important Information
The POI submitted must be the same document used during your account registration.
Ensure the front and back of your POI are clear and readable.
Your selfie must clearly show your face and the POI you are holding.
Manual POF verification may be required after multiple unsuccessful POF verification attempts.
